We’re currently engaging interest in an after-school craft program — Mighty Makers!

Each term will have an overarching project, with weekly explorations into new materials and processes that help build toward the finished piece.

DIY Doll House

8 weeks

Participants will embrace their inner interior designer to create their dream dollhouse! Decoupage, stencilling, polymer clay, and needle felting are just a few of the techniques we’ll explore as we build these spaces from the ground up.

With a focus on hands-on creativity, participants will receive guidance as they plan, craft, and problem-solve their way to a finished masterpiece.

Puppet Pals

6 weeks

Craft up the ultimate puppet persona!

After being introduced to the wide world of puppetry, participants will be encouraged to explore who or what their puppet equivalent would look like! When they’re confident with their character, we’ll work together to bring them to life with various mixed media techniques and mediums including sewing, pom pom making, illustration, paper craft, needle felting, and so much more!

This program is heavily aimed at celebrating self expression, creative problem solving, and building confidence.

Self Love Club

6 weeks

Each week participants will be introduced to a new medium and prompted to make something that encourages self reflection and celebration.

From decorating their own mirror frame with sculptural elements, designing their own rosette badge, and creating a paper portrait - the aim is to walk away with a collection of crafts that feel like a true celebration of who they are.

Artistic Accessories

6 weeks

There are one million and one ways you can make unique and awesome accessories, and while we can’t cover them all, over six weeks we’ll explore some creative ways you can build upon your accessory collection.

Upcycling toys, beading, weaving, polymer clay, and badge making is just a few of the techniques we’ll explore as your young person creates a treasure trove of hand made trinkets.

They’ll finish up with a better understanding of jewellery making, some new crafty techniques, and a bunch of accessories that they can wear and share with friends.

Toy Maker

4 weeks

Designed for fans of blind boxes, trinkets, and Labubus — it’s time to make your own!

Participants will be prompted to create a unique character, which our team will 3D model and print. They’ll explore painting, decorating, and finishing techniques, building their very own one of a toy . We’ll wrap up by designing ultimate blind box packaging and giving our creations the photo shoot they deserve.

With a focus on imagination, creative problem-solving, and hands-on techniques, participants will discover how different creative processes can completely transform a design, taking their ideas from concept to collectible

Make a Junk Journal

4 weeks

Junk journalling is currently on the rise as creatives ditch technology for more analog exploration - but how about making your junk journal from… junk!

Each week participants will learn a new sustainable technique that will build towards the assembly of their one of a kind journal. From paper making, collage, book binding, and sticker making; participants will finish having created a one of a kind A6 book.

This program is all about process play, embracing imperfection, and being inspired by the wonderful world of recycling.
