Frankston Craft Club is an initiative to born out of the desire to bolster local creativity, create community connection, and offer affordable workshops within the City of Frankston and beyond.

Heading into our third year of operations; we currently host monthly workshops at Karingal PLACE and Bayside Makerspace (click here to view our live listings on Eventbrite), and are always available for corporate events, kids parties, or other special event bookings.

Recently we’ve launched Crafting for a Cause, our initiative to offer a fund raising opportunity through workshops that specifically utilise our studios excess materials.

Our workshops are grounded in celebrating creativity, inclusivity, and giving it a red hot go, and our community is a warm and welcoming bunch - filled with creative and lovely people.

You don’t need a membership to attend a workshop, just a ticket, and a willingness to learn something new!

WHERE YOU MAY HAVE CRAFTED WITH US …

I’m Brooke, a long time tinkerer and freelance creative who uses my experience in Event Design, Bespoke Installation, Floristry, and Styling to facilitate the workshops delivered by Frankston Craft Club.

I moved to Frankston in 2020 from inner Melbourne just as COVID kicked off, and desired more creative community connection. In 2022 I answered a call from Frankston City Council for a Creative Facilitator, and through the workshops hosted by them, decided I wanted to take the reins of creating something more frequent, and so Frankston Craft Club was born.

When I’m not working on upcoming workshops, I’m usually experimenting with future craft workshop ideas, building custom installations, or working as a casual wedding proposal stylist for local business Perfect Proposals.
