Complementary items:

  • Are confirmed during the booking of the activity

  • Will be set up by the workshop facilitator during bump in/bump out of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon

  • Will be provided with the outlined hardware listed on the event quote

Complementary items may/will be denied if:

  • The item has already been booked in for another event

  • We believe the requested items won’t fit into the car load with the workshop requirements

  • We arrive onsite and deem the props location to be unsafe

A small fee may be suggested if:

  • You have a unique installation request that takes extra time and care

  • You want to extend the hire use of the item
